I used the assembly video to put my Athena X together. Everything went smoothly except for the handles to the bottom chair adjustment, it was very difficult to put on compared to the video.
Overall just like my white Athena X I bought the parts were packed and put together very well. The gloves were a nice addition but you can't operate your phone screen with them, I had to take one off to finish the assembly video. The gloves were a little small but I they can't cater to all hand sizes.
The white Athena X stains easily so if you don't like cleaning your chair very often wait for the black one.

I previously reviewed the chair and it appears to have been removed. I see other reviews that were present at the time of my review that are still posted. Kind of seems like a deceitful practice misleading buyers filtering undesired reviews to boost average product rating. The chair quality it solid but I just dont find it comfortable. I have issues with the neck pillow (causes neck discomort), the seat tilt (does not fully lock, tilts slightly when locked), arm rests (arms slip off easily, keep hitting adjustment buttons accidentally) and last but not least, the ergonomic backrest is simply not comfortable (does not tilt, does not fully conform to my back and sort of digs into my back/shoulder blades at the top). I expected better from a relatively expensive chair.
The build of the Blacklyte chair is absolutely solid. You can feel the premium materials from the moment you sit down. Definitely a luxury experience.

I ordered direct from the website this past Sunday and received it today, (Tuesday) In Ontario . They emailed me at 11:30 at night soon as I ordered to tell me the one I ordered wasn't in stock, (Athena w blue fabric) they offered to upgrade me to Athena Pro, I said sure. Great customer service.! I'm pretty happy with it, feels great! It was easy to assemble too :)
